- conscious sedation with local anesthesia

- the patient will be in the hospital for a few hours, and go home on the same day

Postoperative
- the dressings are removed after 24 hours
- the stitches are removed after 7 days
- for complete surgery return to normal activities after 12 days, and for body contouring after 48 hours
- the scars will be well-hidden in your hair and behind your ears
- the scars are almost not noticeable
- for the first month you must avoid activities in the sun

What are the possible complications?
- complications are not very frequent, like bruising
- smokers are subjects to a slow healing process

How long does the result take?
- the removed tissues do not come back, but the aging process continues. For example: a person that is 50 years old and that appears his age, after surgery will appear 40 years old; and when he is 60 years old, he will appear 50 years old
- some people feel the need to have another surgery; other people do not
- this depends on varying hereditary and lifestyle factors, even though the aging process continues
